Flo currently works in the Food Development team for allplants, bringing delicious plant-based frozen meals to the masses.
She was born in Singapore but grew up in London. She worked with River Cottage on their campaign to launch a chef school at the farm and came runner up in their 2013 River Cottage Rising Star competition. She went on to train at Leiths School of Food and Wine in 2014 before spending two and a half years working as Head Chef at Ginger Jar Food, a boutique London catering company.
In addition, she has developed recipes for food writer and stylist Georgina Fuggle and spent a year as Head of Pastry at The Grandtully Hotel in the Scottish Highlands, working with seasonal and wild foods. She published Made in the USA, a cookbook of contemporary and classic American recipes, in 2016.
