Dr. Errol Raghubeer senior vice president of HPP Science & Technology at JBT/Avure Technologies. Dr. Raghubeer is a world’s foremost expert on HPP food processing. He has Ph.D. in Food Microbiology, a Master of Food Science and Bachelor of Arts in Fisheries and Food Technology from University of Washington. Dr. Raghubeer started to evaluate new food processing technologies in the late 1980’s during graduate school and at a leading frozen food company. His earlier research was in partnership with the US Army and universities. When he saw the commercial advantages of HPP over the others new technologies. Dr. Raghubeer joined JBT/Avure in 1999 focusing mainly on the commercialization for refrigerated food and beverages.
